Ángela López holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alcalá.
She also holds a master’s degree in Accounting, Auditing and its Effects on Capital Markets from the Autonomous University of Madrid and the University of Alcalá.
She has worked in the Mansolivar office since 2014. She specialises in the preparation of technical reports on Spanish and international accounting regulations, regulations on prevention and money laundering, company valuation, financial analysis of companies, and financial instruments, especially derivatives, established by economic-financial litigation, both in court and extrajudicially.
She works with the main national and international law firms in Spain.
